Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, without having to justify your decision.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In its original, intact packaging
• Accompanied by the order form or invoice

Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and skincare products cannot be returned.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@purescentskin.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

5. Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the payment method used during the order. We do not offer exchanges — only refunds.
