These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products (perfumes and skincare) made on the purescentskin.com website by Pure Scent&Skin.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Pure Scent&Skin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 3 – Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Order confirmation is sent by email.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments, a secure solution.

Article 5 – Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery fees are indicated at the time of payment.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with our commercial policy, you have 30 days from receipt to return your order without justification.

Article 7 – Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless we made an error.

Article 8 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
